Duplicate I-Card will necessarily have to be issued in case -
1. The I-Card is lost/mutilated.
2. There is a change in address/telephone number.
3. There is a change in mode of transport/bus route/bus stop.
The application form for issuance of Duplicate I-Card may be downloaded by the parent, filled in and submitted at the School Office with the following requisite fees:
One Set of I-Cards : Rs. 300.00
The application form for Change of Address/Phone Nos. may be downloaded by the parent, filled in and submitted at the School Office for updation in the School records and issuance of a new set of I-Cards for the same fees mentioned above.
The application form for availing transport facility or withdrawal of the same may be downloaded by the parent, filled in and submitted at the School Office. The withdrawal shall be done with due permission of the School and the Transport Uses Fee already paid, shall be forfeited. However, the application for providing transport facility shall be considered after verifying the availability of seats on the concerned route.
A new set of I-Cards will be provided on payment of the requisite fees (mentioned above).
The application form meant for the issuance of Transfer Certificate may be downloaded by the parent, filled in and submitted to the Principal’s PA. Soft copies sent through E-mail will not be entertained nor acknowldeged.
The application form for the issuance of Fee Certificate, which is generally sought by parents for ITR purposes or getting the education fee reimbursed by their employers, may be downloaded by the parent, filled in and submitted at the School Office. The same shall be issued only after all dues of the concerned parent are remitted. Requests on E-mail will not be entertained nor acknowledged. There is no charge for the first copy of Fee Certificate / Bonafide Certificate. However, for subsequent copies of these documents, a charge of Rs. 100 per document is to be remitted.
